Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety on the Reformer, and we have them available for purchase in the studio if needed.
Please bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
We recommend arriving no more than 5 minutes before class to allow our instructors time to set up the equipment and prepare for the session.
Our classes are 50 minutes long, with small class sizes to ensure individual attention and safety. This allows our instructors to focus on your form and provide personalised adjustments.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we allow a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this window, please join the session quietly to minimise disruption. Unfortunately, arrivals after 5 minutes will not be permitted entry.
We accept cancellations up to 12 hours before class and offer a full refund for cancellations made within this time frame. This policy helps us maximise availability for all clients and prevent disappointment.
We have convenient free parking directly outside the studio. We also have designated visitor parking bays at both ends of the site, and additional street parking is available nearby.
Yes, Reformer Pilates can be adapted for many injuries and conditions. Our instructors are trained to modify exercises for clients with back pain, joint issues, or other concerns. However, please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise programme.
We offer various packages and memberships to suit different needs, including single classes, multi-class packages, and unlimited monthly memberships. Our options are designed to fit varying levels of commitment and budget.
